The New Anti-Trans Rules Are SO Much Worse Than You Think

Leeja Miller | December 29, 2025

The rules, which ban hospitals from providing gender affirming care to trans youth, are being pushed by a group of unqualified quacks with deep ties to Peter Thiel and bunk scientific backgrounds. This will only lead to increased stigmatization of trans youth and will not help or protect children like they claim it will.

If I were a trans American rn, I'd be seriously thinking about dusting off that Duolingo, getting a passport application in, and Googling school/work options in friendly countries. Ts is going downhill fast…

6:39 are any of them concerned about breast augmentation, causing difficulty with breast-feeding.? No, they aren’t concerned about this, but it should be a legitimate real concern. Not saying that it does, but it potentially could.

I'm a trans masc autistic person (with an X on my passport, rip) in my late twenties and I just feel quite afraid. I am seeing a OBGYN surgeon in about a month to talk about getting a hysterectomy, partially to treat some medical issues, but partially because I don't want to miss my chance at this gender-affirming care. Ahem. Sex-rejecting care.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government fora redress of grievances." (The First Amendment) "At the root of the evils we face, such as the blurring of the lines between sexes and radical social agendas, is a

hatred for nature as God designed it." This literally goes against the very first sentence of the first amendment of the Constitution.

But this doesn’t include the sex-rejecting Maralago face, does it? Or weird-ass hairline procedures and plugs like Trump and all the other balding white guys who want hair! Or whatever procedure Musk had done.

We can regulate gender, affirming care, but we cannot regulate big corporations to pay actual taxes to take care of our citizens, or AI to protect our citizens, and so many other regulations of corporations, but they can go after a little businesses that are actually trying to help people. Again, we are in a fascist regime. Let us not forget the central Democrats have not helped this cause. Please vote .

26:00 Look, I like and appreciate the energy you're putting into this, but please don't diminish the scope of how monstrous this is by saying stuff like "literally a tiny fraction of a percent of kids". Conservatively, 2% of people are trans. That's 1 in 50 people, which includes 1 in 50 kids.
