I came to this video from a reddit comment on the r/SOULelle subreddit saying
Noelle Stirner: The Ego and Its Own SOUL.

I know no one asked, but I made this in the case I wanted to remember why I watched this video.

His is unworkable for the most part, but every word he said has been true, and it'll be true forever. After religion, and superstition, we know have 'rights', 'human rights', etc as new spooks (not disapproving them, but to him, they ARE). The way I see it is, morality is subjective, so you can deny it, and why not deny everything and live absolutely carefree.

Amusingly, this actually fails to paint Stirner as miserable – rather it paints those who are horrified by Stirner as being rather miserable. It sounds like Stirner was probably having a pretty good time

I find this video very unappealing, Stirner is more than morality is fake and everyone should be manipulated or used, it is about living by your own code of conduct, he doesnt promote violence or treating others like shit, its about asking yourself why you believe and do the things you do, having a job, getting an education and getting married, is it because you want these things or you feel a sense of responsibility from society and your social circle?
Thats the crux of his philosophy, he doesnt advocate to completely reject morality or religion as a whole, but the delusions behind them, but to do that you need to first reject those systems to then appropiate them according to your world view, thus your morals and religion become not a foreign objects that works for the beliefs of society or the collective, but works for what YOU believe in.
Thats the whole point of his philosophy, if an egoist does violent things and lies and manipulates and steals because Stirner said it was okay, then he is not an egoist, he just replaced societies moral system for another, he swapped the chains and boasts being an egoist to justify his actions.
A true egoist doesnt need justification, he acts upon himself, and defines the world and others instead of being defined themselves, in short, he challenges you to ask why you do the things you do, the goals you have and the reason of your effort, so you can reclaim them as your own.
Overall this video just glosses over his life and doesnt try any serious attempt at shading light to any of this, what a dissapointment.

This is just character assassination followed by straw manning and misinterpreting most of his points
I'm sure if I followed every misstep in your life, I could make a shitty animated YouTube video to dismiss all your personal philosophies and suggesting they only existed because you were miserable and draw you with a frown in every panel

Literally the first sentence you said was deeply frustrating to me. Psychology is fascinating if you're aware of being self aware, with a few exceptions.

    Dear Great Philosophers:
Please do not project everything from your own youth onto the rest of the human species. To make observations about humans, you need to step back from your own experiences first.
    Humanity.
