This is called body dysmorphia and she needs counseling. Guys at the gym do the same thing a workout like crazy they take steroids and they still look in the mirror and say they look small it's Mental Health issues

0:49 she probably felt she looked too normal and wasn't going to get enough attention. I think she looked fine if not just a lot insecure in her eyes. I don't buy the act that she means to look like that. I'm also wondering if she chose to lower her voice also because she doesn't look like she would sound like that. I hope she finally fixes whatever she needs to actually fix that is not her actual face unless she needs to fix that from all the fixings she tried to do before instead of fixing herself. That scrap they put in the lips and cheeks doesn't get absorbed back into the body. It just migrates.its really not worth it. And yes, it causes the skin to sag prematurely.

As long as it makes her happy who are we to judge. I dislike fillers myself, depending on how they're done. If they're done in a tasteful manner that looks natural, it's good, but if they're done in such a way that it makes everything look out of proportion, then I'm not a fan.

She will absolutely have sagging cheeks if she ever has to or chooses to get rid of the fillers. Sometimes surgeons put an implant of some kind under the skin to make the skin stretch so that it can be used for a graft. So, yeah, unfortunately that's what her filler is doing
