There's multiple fireworks platforms all over san diego. One was always right across from the music venue I worked every 4th. That time the one barge triggered it's whole show, i think that video was one the opposite baysides, the other ones just flashed and boom, immediately was dark and burned out the all fireworks, literally 1 second and everyone just stood around the beach until police said yeah, it's broken, it's done
