10:50 always assumed it was a picture of young steve harvey (around the 80's or 90's) with an afro edited up, mostly because of the moustache but who can say the moustace isn't edited in too.

Growing up in the 2000s and early 2010s, the internet was so insufferable. Everyone was trying to be so edgy and aloof, as if believing in causes or having values was a bad thing. Now, it's like everywhere is 4chan. So I don't look back on those days as fondly as most.

That /b/rother looks like Steve Harvey to me. I think it's him based on the mustache. Also it looks like when he played Mr Hightower. The same stance and body proportions.
The shape of the hair is not an Afro but a bastardised high top, because an actual Afro (an American hippy hairstyle) is round, all the hair would be the same length, but a high top is the black equivalent of short back and sides.
The only real objection is the shape of the bridge and tip of the nose, which has been incorrectly shaded which distorted one of the eyes (although the prominant brow ridge which is not dissimilar to yours is still visible even though the colouring flattened the face) but the lines around the mouth, low cheek bones and overall face shape look like Steve Harvey.
I hope that it helps you on your quest to find out who the /b/rother is.
