    The funny thing is that men want to look that way because they think women want them who look that way. But pretty much all the women I've ever talked to in my life don't find that appealing.

    The problem with getting caught lying on the internet is it reveals the capacity to trick people. Maybe he does have insane body dysmorphia, or maybe he's using that now to justify grifting money from people online. Maybe both are true, but we have no reason to trust anything he says now.

    Did anybody even have any doubt thus man was doing steroids? In the wild (as he promotes ancestors were living and thriving) no animal would be able to sustain so much muscle. The amount of protein and carbs, without supplememts is unachievable. The whole narrative of "remembering how it is in the nature" is a good thing but in reasonable limits AND without lying. Dude basically was lying for years to earn money, giving false information in favor of brands he advertizes

    update in 2025: he did a documentary where he discovered fruits, vegetables, and cooked meat, then promptly got arrested for threatening joe rogan lol

    Honestly the routine and the claim that the steroids are "not working" when they obviously are says a lot about his body image so i almost feel bad for him, but then i remember that there's no way he could be eating only raw meat and not be dying of disease, and that he made a ton of money off of other people with body image concerns.

    The netflix documentary used the clip of Danny calling him a big fat liar and tried to portray the liver king as a victim with other people calling him out. Like why choose Danny? The most goofy light-hearted youtuber? I don't really feel bad for the liver king because he's spreading disinformation and stabbed a cow while his family ate it alive.

    not gonna lie, i felt numb for months. like i was just surviving, not really living. then someone dropped Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in a yt comment and i gave it a shot. bro… this book gave me my edge back. not by yelling at me to hustle, but by showing me how to fix my foundation. life hits different now.

    Tried all the hacks. ice baths, preworkouts, even dopamine detoxes. none of it clicked. I felt so tired everyday. then someone dropped Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in a comment and I checked it out. been locked in ever since. no hype, just clarity. wild how long I was running on fumes.🔥

    I felt so drained and tired everday. I tried everything, preworkouts, youtube gurus, morning routines that nearly killed me. none of it hit. then i saw someone mention Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in the comments and it literally changed my life. Following everything in that book past couple of weeks made me realize I was running on empty for YEARS. wish I knew about this years ago🔥

    if you're scrolling and feel off, read this. i was burnt out, low energy, not myself. found Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks, had zero expectations but man. chapter by chapter it rebuilt me. no hype bs, not fake motivation just stuff that grounds you and resets your system. this book really saved me. wish I found it sooner.🔥
