The Last Star in the Universe – Red Dwarfs Explained
The last star in the universe will be a red dwarf. Red dwarfs in general might be great places to look for aliens – or planets for humans to find a new home after our solar system has died.

In the Black Hole bomb video, it is suggested humanity could actually live by leaching energy out of black holes. And that could be for much lobger than red dwarf stars live.

The humanity that would be “alive” during a red dwarf era would have as much in common as humans do now with the bunches of protein that floated in the ocean before life existed

This is a good video; this video doesn't cover the star eating nurseries. We have this single core in every star philosphy. 2/3rds of the milky way are red fusion stars in the arms.

All stars lose mass. Somewhere out there is a rare red dwarf so close to the mass cutoff that eventually due to mass loss if will transition to a brown dwarf.

Couldn't we point two our more red dwarfs at eachother with stellar engines to get them to collide more time out of them?

Trillions of years. A time so long we have nothing to truly comprehend it by.
But, time has a way of slipping by. For those born in a thousand years, the time between now and then means nothing. And so it will be for any intelligence alive at the end of all things.
That day may come with the remnants of a remnant of a civilisation, huddled together, thinking '' how can this be truly happening' as they watch the lights die out.
Just eternal darkness ahead and the end of everything.
What a sobering, defeated and utterly hopeless time to be. When tomorrow never comes.
For anyone.

Assuming we know anything about anything lol. The universe may go dark. Or it may be eternal. We have no idea and probably never will. At least not the version of us that exists today. Of course I have no idea what I’m talking about either so who knows.
