I visited Minneapolis months ago and was stunned that the homeowners I stayed with feel completely safe enough to leave their front door unlocked when leaving the house and were completely unbothered by the potential of someone breaking into their home. Not an ounce of concern or fear for Somalian gangs or anything.

Man, I normally far more optimistic takes than most and I still wish that "be so fr" worked against MAGA more than I do for most any US political group (the only ones surpassing it in desire being more extreme things like open Nazis and Confederates).

I’m sorry but I am just going to say it. EVERY shooting that has happened has only been beneficial to Trump and his agenda. How many coincidences have to happen before it is no longer a coincidence? I don’t get into conspiracies but this all seems to be way to beneficial to Trump.

For me its so interesting the shooting and its timing. I am from Germany and last year before the elections we saw a spike in terrorist attacks on christmas markets etc., spiking the arguments for the Afd, our far rifht party…very convenient timing always

Unfun fact, He was a child soldier in a militia trained and backed by the CIA.
So, if Lakanwal is an animal as trump said, then it's probably because the CIA made him one.
His militia's commander was President Karzai's brother, but they were basically gangsters, and when they weren't murdering people for the CIA, they were involved in drug trafficking, human trafficking (including kids), robbery, etc.

Hey Leeja, look I know you think you’re doing something brave by saying the R-slur but I’m curious, would you do the same if Trump said the N-word? If not, I would analyze why you think some slurs are okay. You aren’t making things better for my community by saying there are acceptable times to use that word.

Why do we need more immigrants from any country when we are faced with unemployment and inflation? Why are we allowing illegals to come and take our jobs. Why do we need immigrants from India who are willing to work for very little money? Muslim religion is incompatible with western values and that is quite obvious. But you don’t seem to see it.

Regarding the reading of the official post, I think that Leeja gave us enough warning to click away if we're not in the right headspace to listen to slurs. I agree with her reporting decision not to censor or sanitize the official public communication, but to read it in full for analysis of harm and intent.
I'm a newer viewer of this channel, but I assume that she would protect the name and identity of minors in reporting, and take other safety precautions, when appropriate. Thank you, Leeja. Take care of yourself, too. 🩷🍀🥄🥄🥄

The sad truth is that nearly everything these cos-playing "officials" have said in the past is either a blatant lie, or is clearly an attempt to twist truths and manipulate the public. Given their past blunders, lies and psychopathic rants, it's a very real possibility that they are lying that the person they've charged is just another patsy for them to use as a distraction, and make into their scape goat. It's so sad how far we've fallen.

Anyone who knows the history of immigration lawsuits since the 1986 Amnesty knows all of these people snatched away from administratively terminated hearing based on trump's order will be granted paroles to come back for the hearing once he's gone. and having dealt with immigration issues for a very long time, if someone shows up to their hearing, they have a good chance of either being granted residence or another form of relief. The other thing is that a large number of the people who were removed will come back through either the Mexican or Canadian border at some point if they haven't already. Do NOT trust the statement, "The border is secure" because it never will be. This is a colossal waste of money and resources. The normal process, which focused far more on criminals, was working and there's no rush to get to those here just working.
