AI scam ads are selling impossible products, fake health transformations, and celebrity endorsements that never happened.

Hi there, hello.

Today Iā€™m looking at the increasingly ridiculous world of AI false advertising. Weā€™ve got bath bombs that apparently build entire civilizations in your tub, a jacket full of beer, and AI influencers selling health supplements. Finally, technology is solving none of our problems.

With help from HopeScopeā€™s product tests, Iā€™m comparing some of these AI-generated ads with what customers actually receive. Then weā€™re getting into fake Mark Cuban endorsements, supplement scams, and why these ads keep showing up on Facebook and TikTok. It gets considerably less funny when the consequences go beyond a disappointing bath.

    I feel like when all the bad Sora AI stuff was going around a year or so ago it was to make us think AI was bad at making videos so we didnā€™t notice the good stuff.

    This is why I gave up on Amazon – it's normal to see products lazily made to look bigger and better in their photos; they don't even give you a good idea of what you're getting.. and that was before AI.

    i mean, if anyone held the companies accountable, then this stuff would evaporate quickly. instagram/youtube etc wants to advertise to you, its their obligation that their business deals are legal. if theyre doing false advertising, then the platform should be also held accountible and punishments should be extreme.
