25:01 I’m with you! Everyone should be getting off social media and buying physical media again. As an AI ML engineer I will say that we all have become the cash cows in the era of AI. I’m not the only one who feels this way either. Go read Enshittification by Cory Doctorow. We can’t expect any regulation or lack thereof to protect our data. Only we can. So stop feeding the machine and start taking back your own data. These companies and entities have literally made billions of dollars on our information and were never getting a cent from it.

You explained friction exactly as I have defined it for myself. I bought a watch so I'd stop pulling out my phone, and attached a cheap compass to the watch. I uninstalled Facebook. Yes, I can still look up the website, but it works worse, which is good. Friction builds muscle.
