These are Nitazenes, a highly potent but largely unknown class of synthetic opioids that are quietly entering the European drug supply.

Corrections:
27:08: In principle, naloxone has been available for sale without a prescription in German pharmacies since October 2025. However, no product currently available meets the necessary requirements.

All users should be faced with mandatory treatment, 3 strikes and no more.
    All dealers get publicly executed.
In a couple of years, the problem will be solved.

    1. Don't do drugs
    2. Drug lacing is not the same as cutting
3.The lacing of drugs is just not happening, you are spreading miss information as a scare tactic and it never works.
    4. The DEA always uses a 7/10 laced kill stat but never actually put a stat of how many actual pills in market are laced with anything. That's because the actual percentage of laced pills in the market are miniscule and doesn't fit the scare narrative.
    5. Most articles and publications can't give a single good reason why anyone would lace a pill. Lacing pills you are selling isn't cheap, effective practice, easy to do or good for business. It is the fastest way to get caught and go to jail.

Hmm, let's see, what's the easiest way to combat this…something that's been all too apparent for generations now…oh right, end the War on Drugs. Simple, effective, but most importantly yet UNTESTED on a large enough scale to know just how totally awesome it's going to be. Society (if it still exists) will look back on the illegal status of drugs and wonder how people could have ever been so ignorant…but then again that goes for a lot of things – I'm looking at you, right-wing politics, aka fascism.

I stood in a poppy field that is used for heroin manufacturing in the hindu kush mountains of Afghanistan. We were several thousand ft up the mountain. The farmers cut terraces into the mountains to create huge poppy fields.
To stand in that opium field and to crush poppies under my feet as I walked, I felt as if I were standing upon a beautiful and evil power source in the world.
I crushed many poppies that day. It wasnt why i was there. But each collapse of a poppy plant under my foot was a microscopic win for anyone whos suffered from addiction.

The opioids usually kill by turning the drive to breathe off. Naloxone may reverse that for a short time. However doing mouth-to-mouth rescue breathing skilfully and *early enough* will support the patient for as long as it takes to get to hospital.

**If he cannot breathe, breathe for him**.

It's wild, when an option to curing Fentanyl and other addictions, could possibly be Heroin. Same concept as Methadone, Suboxone. It's a damn nightmare to dig through.
