While I agree logging is bad it can help with Forrest fires. Due to a lack of logging California fires have become way worse

i used to be a geologist at a mine right next door to oak flat. i lived in superior arizona. the amount of copper in that deposit will increase domestic supply by 25%, and we need that copper if we want to "go green" and reduce our dependance on oil. everyone wants their cake and to eat it too, but we do not live in paradise. if it can't be grown, it has to be mined. people are so disconnected from where their stuff comes from they get the delusion that they can still have their cake without the bakery. a campground is not more important than a mineral deposit. im sorry to say it, but you live in reality.

My great grandmother was among those captured with Geronimo, she never identified as Apache, and made if off the rez before she died. My grandma and my father both were/are fluent in native tongue, but have never identified as Apache, only as indeginous because our identity was stolen by the practices of the reconstruction era government. 39:00
