    Pistol Pete's father died in a famously turbulent time in Kansas. In the years prior to them moving there, violent political killing by both anti and proslavery extremists were rampant. There must've been some reason, but I don't know why you would move your kids and wife across the country to a place that was in such violent turmoil. His killing was tragic, but unfortunately not unprecedented in that time. Maybe don't move your young child into a state known for its political violence literally nicknamed bleeding kansas and participate in a dispute with a group of men that are politically opposed to you that you were literally on the opposite sides of a battlefield from. Risk mitigation is something people need to work on.

    I am a big spotify fan of yours. But on your spotify page it takes weeks for a new episode to be released although it is out on youtube , I understand you may be busy but I am a big fan and as a high schooler trust me bro just takes my mind off school and stuff, it would help alot if the YouTube episodes would be published on spotify

    Hey every time you say England you highlight the whole of the British isles. So you should just highlight England or say Scotland, Ireland, Wales and England. You're confusing 1 country with 3 others. Like saying all of North America is Canada when it's the USA, Canada and Mexico

    Oh man….Bloody Kansas. The preamble to the American Civil War. Also….no formal training? The man became a sharpshooter as a child. That doesn't happen without some pretty heavy trigger time (training).

    Addendum- I myself was taught how to shoot, maintain, and be safe when handling a firearm when I was 8. That seems to be the normal age one is taught hoelw to shoot.

    If you do a part 2 Jeff Turner would be a good addition. His pregnant wife, unborn son two other sons were killed by a camanche war party. He spent the rest of his life hunting camanches. He was captured and his heart was cut out and fed to the pregnant wife of a camanche chief. Because he was viewed as a great warrior, and the hope would be the chiefs son would be a great warrior from the consumption of his heart. He died having collected over 200 scalps
