Seems pretty bland mostly, a lot of the behavioral stuff is definitely the most interesting. It’s too vague to make concrete assumptions about what they used it for but my favorite is a Manchurian candidate sorta deal for assassinations.

10:15 I know this video’s 2 years old but I figured I’d ask anyway: can anyone confirm what this “Maritron” drug was? I’m a massive nerd about central nervous system pharmacology and can name an absurd number of old/abandoned experimental molecules developed in that broad area, but this is one I’ve never heard of. AI wasn’t able to find it.

I mean, I've heard rumors where Germans from operation paperclip just continued their mindcontrol experiments as soon as the CIA could integrate them into some black budget program, where they abducted/bred kids by the thousands to assess pain thresholds and generate personality alters. Realisitically you're talking about something as monolithic in scope as the manhattan project if it never wrapped up/got way more funding and was international.
