    About your McDonalds burger: It’s the quality of meat, not just the cheese!! I’ve been carnivore for about a month and I’ve realized how important it is to eat clean on carnivore! The ingredients should be Whole Foods and just animal products. A few weeks in I tried pepperoni and my stomach instantly hurt

    I tried this diet for 6 months about 10 years ago and i lost only 2 pounds, got high cholesterol and developed lots of swelling on my joints almost killed myself 😢scary moment don't recommend unless you consult physician first

    I know this is way late but as someone who has done keto multiple times and I absolutely love the way I am in ketosis just life gets in the way sometimes. I just want to say I am almost positive how horrible you feel when you get deeper into ketosis is because your electrolytes are too low. Your need for electrolytes goes WAY up in ketosis because it all gets flushed out just like your excess water so it needs replenished non stop. I had such a hard time getting my electrolytes the last time and I felt like I was 100 years old, going up stairs felt like Mount Everest. The best way to get through it is to make your own ketoade. It was all I drank the first time I did keto so I never realized how intense it is when you're not getting the electrolytes you need. Sodium, potassium, and magnesium.

    I wish this would work because I have been mostly plant based for almost 4 years. Meat blocks me up. If I eat too much meat I will not go to the bathroom, its bad. But I cannot keep a healthy weight on just plant based.

    26:37 I'm amazed to see curse words and Jamie's notes LOL she goes so far out of our way to keep curses out of her videos that I thought she for sure never used them. I use them all the time so it doesn't bother me it was just funny to me

    Im sure its ok if you have a diversity of meats but i know someone that ate lots of red meat and drank lots of wine, and now has gout and cant eat any more red meat at all.

    Omg so weird. I did carnivore for like ONLY 1 week, but I remember telling my friend that I didn't need to use lotion that whole time. When you started talking about the dry skin on your legging!! I was like, same girl!!!!

    My cat eats carnivore diet and she's healthy as a horse at 22 freaking years old. Alas, the meat industry is so gross and terrible for the environment. And I wouldn't chew on butter if someone paid me 🤢

    LOL Jordan Peterson and RFK jr sound the same which makes a lot of sense. LOL Jordan Peterson is also a dangerous person. His ideologies are very dangerous to humans. Also Joe Rogan?? lol gurrrlll

    I recently found out that I have a crazy intolerance to most cruciferious vegetables such as Brussel sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, and certain types of green vegetables. Like bloating and symptoms similar to lactose intolerance reactions. I have to be careful with what I eat. I ear more closely to carnivore than keto. There seems to be truth to it.

    Most plants people eat today were at one point toxic to humans, but through modification, they were created to be edible. For example, tomato and pepper are a branch of the nightshade family.

    I am on carnivore, have never felt better, and plan to live the rest of my life on this diet. I do eat fruit here and there, but only berries, and usually only about 1x a month because I really don't have a craving for fruit as much anymore.

    Also, regarding those cravings … Try eating fatty meat, the fats help decrease those cravings.

    Interestingly enough, and it makes perfect sense -not every diet is good for everyone. Diets based on blood types are the healthiest diets. I’m an O blood type which is basically the carnivore diet, my mother is A -hers is the more vegetarian diet based on our genetic make up. They don’t tell you this because doctors don’t care x
