I once experienced something like this at an Olive Garden. Our waiter was simultaneously quitting and breaking up with the manager. We were his last table. It was glorious.

If Amber didn't know that it was called the break-up booth, then the "we call it the break-up booth" from Nicole is referring to herself and Bridgette… and maybe Aaron. I'll bet Brad knows that Nicole and Bridgette call it that, but he just calls it table 32 and rolls his eyes when they gasp and whisper, "…the breakup booth…"
I bet nobody else at the restaurant calls it that…. and once again I've realized I made up a bunch of assumptions about people who not only don't exist, but are all played by one man. š
