Jokes aside, people do die by trying to use those shitty useless self-defence tricks they saw 1-2 times on the internet and of course didn't practice
Follow actual treners' advice – don't risk it. Your life and wellbeing is way more imortant than your phone, some money and ego. Never use a move you didn't practice for hours, unless there is the only thing left to try to save yourself
