    Sad, get the results of my wife’s scan and the therapist says she had bi polar and no adhd and therapist couldn’t even explain the brain scan of what future things could happen like Dr Amens explained they can see , we where in the Chicago land clinic, I feel sad and mad to pay all this money and they can’t do what amens talks about , my wife doctor and consultant say she is adhd, so I was in a Wow factor that amens clinic couldn’t even categorized which of the 7 adhd she might be ochh

    I went to Amen Clinic for $6,000… basically they
    1. Tested blood, CBC, hormones like a complete thyroid panel, estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, pregnenolone and
    2. Tested for bacteria and viruses, underlying health issues, did a brain scan to determine blood flow patterns.
    3. Told- Eat basically Mediterranean
    4. Told- Exercise or at least stay active
    5. Maintain a large social network of family and friends
    Addendum- my local neuropsychologist said music and math are not neuro-protective but learning a new language is!! Adios!!

    What if brainwashed parents allowed a 20 year old son to take antipsychotic drugs for a schizophrenic diagnosis. Now 30 yrs later he can't go 24 hrs without the meds or he gets very sick, and he gets a needle also, is he toast

    I don't understand how and/or Why African Americans and their descendants who suffered CHATTEL slavery IN the US were not referenced in addition to the Holocaust descendents 🙄 or is that unimportant 🤷. So if secondary PTSD is a sign/symptom regarding this SURELY it is applicable to this group as well especially since WE haven't received any acknowledgement or resolve for the worst slavery known to mankind unlike the people that You made sure to acknowledge. WOW 🤦. So hurtful moreover irresponsible.

    With all due respect the fact that Daniel Amen has published false studies and people have gone to jail for this is just sad and I don’t know why anyone would look to this guy to be his or her last hope.

    This is sad. You are fortunate to be married to a nurse, I’m sure you’d have a lot of nurses in your reality who want to murder you for all the false public published work.

    Before you die, do us all a favor, and publish the legitimate studies because you are opening yourself up to get a big big fat lawsuit from the federal government for lying and protecting your dad too, we know he uses weed and you don’t want to put studies out for what reason?

    Thanks you . I see and hear people talking this information is directly sent to the nerve cell in the brain, the signal moves itsell giving instructions to the cells in the hear to be procesed and through the back brain to give meaning to a conclusion. And give orders to the hard to write. The way it works is simple nerve cells are like a group of people who form a community and support each other to provide ideas or results from a conclusion .

    High blood sugar leads to insulin burst which drives tryptophan(the amino acid precursor to serotonin). Your brain feels happier when you eat bread/pasta/potato.The other thing drive tryptophan is Exercise, many athletes intensively train so they dont get depressed.

    Omega -3 is best anti inflammatory, so salmon but not swordfish (latter has mercury).
    Avocados are gods butter, and your brain cells are 60% fat so low fat diet causes depression.

    Do not ride horses to avoid brain damage.

    I had the same experience watching that movie when I was a young girl… I always tell people I have Pollyanna syndrome. I am always happy. I am very even tempered and I’m always grateful! Thanks for bringing that up because I’ve never heard that from anyone else!

    Disingenuous studies don't separate non intoxicating CBD for depression and THCA for anxiety. The lump all cannabinoids together which get destroyed when smoked/baked/vaped/heated into THC which DOES damage brains in high and frequent use.
