The 10-Minute Mission: Katy Perry and the AstroNOTS

Josh Johnson | October 7, 2025

Just announced more dates on my 2025 tour! Check out https://joshjohnsoncomedy.com/tour for dates and to sign up for the waitlist to be notified when I’m performing in your city.

Hi Friends,

This week I wanted to share my thoughts on the Blue Origin flight to the Karman line. 6 women took off and were the subject of fierce backlash.

People were criticizing them, the company blue origin, Jeff Bezos, and the idea of space tourism at large.

Hit me on them internets:

Did anyone else notice what appears to be a devil's head hanging on the piano behind Josh? I could be wrong, maybe it's a bull. If it's the former, I hope he wasn't aware of it. Pay attention to your surroundings. They count on us not to.

And yet when NASA realistically got us to the moon non of this would be happening or even discussed we fulfilled Kennedy's mandate but our price tag was staggering and we were facing other problems at time this is nothing more than a farce of what our space program once Sally Ride was far more serious and intentional as an astronaut

Josh is a rare comedian. Super clean, not crude, doesn't put people down (unless he's talking about the Trump regime, who deserve it). And I love the way he ties two or three seemingly unrelated stories together into one cohesive whole.

It's about the disconnect between the average person and the wealthy elite.
I found it hard to laugh about this, though I think Josh is usually funny

OK, I’m a preface this. I work at Blue Origin in Huntsville at our be-4 be-3u engine factory. This whole situation makes me somewhat embarrassed that I work there. Mind you I don’t do anything in relation to the new Shepherd program. I’m strictly working on Vulcan in new Glen engines. I wish we were known for new Glenn and Vulcan rather than a company that puts rich people on a penis shaped rocket.
