With all due respect to the ladies and their taste with Scott Pelley, I love stories shown and told by Sharyn Alfonsi. I like her voice and way of walking more, but I hope both people land on their feet. YouTube is overdone, and thus they need an investigative reporting show on NBC, Netflix, or some popular network or platform. Even PBS would be interesting.

Bari Weiss has the charisma of a foot! 🦶 Why anyone finds her good looking, let alone attractive, is actually more disgusting than what she’s doing to 60 Minutes, and she, the Ellisons, and the current show put the show in shitshow!!!

Fun fact: Black population of Russia is estimated to be between 40 to 70 thousand people out of a total population for the country of 144 million. Sounds like a dream country for MAGA to emigrate to in the very near future. However, they would have to find someone else to scapegoat for their problems.
As to the future of 60 minutes, the three remaining correspondents, Lesley Stahl, Bill Whitaker and Jon Wertheim have issued a joint statement that sharply criticized the recent moves by management and that while they considered also leaving, they decided to stay for now to hopefully preserve the legacy of the broadcast. They also added ""If we can continue doing the work that made this show what it is… we're here for it. If not, we leave."

The Scott Pelley situation reminds me of the movie "Good Night and Good Luck," and how CBS was unhappy with Edward R. Murrow's coverage of Joe McCarthy. Perhaps history is repeating?
