This truly is impossible engineering. If what Musk said was true – It can fill it's own tanks. To fill it's own 2×300 litre tanks using air to 10,000 psig it would need compressor(s), intercoolers, dryers, filters etc and would realistically consume between 300 and 375 kWh of electrical energy to complete the fill. So it would need about 4 Cybertruck battery packs and have a remaining range of about 50 miles after you add the weight for the batteries and air charge kit. Really just a one trick pony.

If they even have it, which i think they don't, active aero has been a thing since the 60s. The man that designed the mclaren f1 made a fan assisted aero car like a decade ago. You can buy 1 now, they are made to order

3:10 it's going to get in some trouble if there's anything on the road – every speck of rock is going to take chunks out of the fan blades so they're going to need to pull the fan on a very frequent schedule.
Formula 3 cars had grip fans back in the 1990s, as far as i know
