It's actually crazy how Tesla isn't just a giant OSHA violation. I used to work there. It's hot as fuck, traffic looks like some random 3rd world country with no traffic laws. And if you're lucky you might not get your limbs damaged from all the fork lift drivers outside.
Easily one of the worst jobs I ever had. And no, working there isn't hard. Tolerating the bullshit is what is.

I don't think it's true that Trump campaigned with appointing Elon to DOGE. "DOGE" wasn't mentioned until the period of time that went from after the election to before when Trump was sworn in. During the campaign Trump said Elon would "make recommendations" but that's not what Elon did – he has directly fired people and seized direct control of financial systems within the government to control payments.
