Be honest—did anyone else think Teen Witch was going to change your life… and then spend the next week wishing you had your own Madame Serena? That movie was awkward, chaotic, and absolutely perfect. What’s your favorite cringe moment—“Top That,” the prom dance, or the vanishing boyfriend?
Make sure to subscribe for more ‘80s deep dives, and share this one with a friend who still believes “Finest Hour” deserved a Grammy.

The real cringe was having a guy playing a "teenager" in said rap battle wirh a stage 3 receding hairline, which in itself is totally ok, but having a guy that looked like late 30s at best and mid 40a at worst was creepy and laughable 😂

You didn't mention the Teen Witch The Musical that was made from this movie. The album was recorded and eventually released, but it never made it to the stage.

I loved “Top That”, it was the most memorable part of the movie for me😅 I was only 5yrs old when it came out; loved all the cringe that was this movie. I also thought Madam Serena’s house looked familiar….just didn’t put two and two together since I was terrified by Thriller as a kid🤭 And I only realized a few years ago that Blake Lively was Robyn’s sister. It’s a a cult classic through and through; I watch it whenever I see it’s available to stream. It’s definitely a capsule of the ‘80s. 😊

I can’t believe the legend Bobby Banas choreographed the prom sequence. Anyone reading this, Google Bobby Banas Nitty Gritty to see the master in action.
