I feel bad for him tbh. It sounds like he had some sort of medical condition that made him constantly hungry. I think anyone would go insane if they were in his condition
You’re constantly hungry, you got kicked out by your parents, and no one wants to be around you because you smell terrible. I wonder if he was born today what if what he had could’ve been managed

The worst part is that tuberculosis is a blood transmitted disease that means after he got kicked out of the Chruch he probably either drank or ate someone who was infected with tuberculosis.

im surprised you didnt include the part after the intestinal blockage where Tarrare supporsedly wanted to demonstrate his act to the doctor by eating his watch and chain and the surgeon threatened him saying he would cut Tarrare open to get them back if he did so
