Wow, really impressed with the quality on this unit, this might be the first bar top sized device I buy. I already have a bunch of Evercade carts I’d love to try on it which makes it even more tempting.

Hi, Jon.👋 I absolutely love this mini-arcade. I will definitely keep this one in mind. I have always liked Rastan, Elevator Action & Bubble Bobble. I like the gact that you can edit controls, and the dip switch settings for arcade, and can’t forget those changable marquues. Thank you for the review, Jon.

Man, this is awesome, I always loved this game, bubble bobble, its always been one of favorites, who knows how much as a kid I spent on the arcade machine. Even now I play it now and then via you know it, an emulator. I for sure want one of these, I noticed though, even just watching this video, seems it could really get loud if you wanted to. Alright, thanks for this review, I'm going to shop around for this, It would be a nice add to my collection!

This is how you do it! Good work Evercade. After the disastrous experience of owning and returning two of the Atari Gamestation Go’s, I just ordered this baby. Of course not as portable, but much higher quality. My Arcade should take note.

Nice review, you really showed a lot of the cabinet and the games. Just a heads up, the Legend of Kage (影) is pronounced "Kah-geh". I'm genx too and grew up pronouncing it cage.

I'd love a 1up Arcade sized 2 player Evercade arcade machine. That would be cool. The biggest problem with 1up Arcade is that you are stuck with those games. Depending upon the controls of the particular game it would make sense but for the ones that can just use generic controls it would be cool to have the option to get more games. Kind of reminds me of a Neo Geo arcade.

If I didn't have to sell a kidney to afford it in Canada, I'd be all over it. I'll have to make do with my X-Arcade Tankstick Max paired with my Shield Pro in the man cave. Retro sadness ensues.(kinda) Thanks young lad. Great review.

I get a little triggered when people are playing Elevator Action and not shooting out the lights at the tops of the buildings for double points as long as the lights are still off. Though I will give partial credit for knowing about jumping/kicking, which is the highest point way to kill an enemy. (Could be even higher if the lights were off!) That is more than most videos I see of Elevator Action on YouTube know. Or at least show off.

Confession time… I feel so guilty for not buying in to the Evercade ecosystem. It's EXACTLY what I wanted, physical cartridges, boxes, manuals, a great retro feel that doesn't feel like a shameless cash-grab, reasonably priced. It's everything I could have hoped for, and it dropped around the same time the economy tanked. I really want Evercade to be successful, I just don't have the extra money for 'toys' that I used to.
