One of the most enjoyable and valuable things we can do in life is reflect. Reflect on the moments that have past and consider them through a detached state of mind so we can appreciate what we have experienced, for good and for bad, free from worry or concern.
Whether we like it or not, time will move us forward and away from whatever is happening right now. So if something bad just happened, is happening, or will happen, you can count on being able to move on from it.
