Good myth busting overall. A few accuracy tweaks:

    Correct
    • Early dehydration shows before strong thirst
    • Nosebleed first aid is lean forward and pinch 10 to 15 minutes
    • Do not remove embedded objects
    • Jellyfish stings: vinegar or salt water, remove tentacles, then hot water for pain
    • Cold water risk is real; 1 10 1 works as a teaching heuristic only

    Needs nuance
    • Following water may help but can lead to hazards or a coastline
    • Birds near water can be a hint, not a plan
    • Solar stills are rarely worth it in deserts with dry soil

    Likely wrong or overstated
    • Swim hard to chase a ship after falling overboard
    • Survival projects at a normal pace in real conditions
    • Live solely off foraged wild foods
    • Drink from any cactus

Nice work highlighting common traps. Pinning sources would make this even stronger.

So I got that. The way to survive is to use up energy to chop wood, wait for lightning to strike the wood to ignite it into a fire, and then wait for a blind chicken to wander by and stumble into a fire to be cooked. 😄
