being an adult is when you understand this crap and what it is essentially telling you. is to follow the teachings of Jesus if you want to feel enlighten. Treat your mind and body like your favorite Weed plant give it the nutrition, food, and water that it needs to grow and prosper. If you feed it poison it will die. so will your consciousness and then your body will follow. That’s what you get when you combine psychology religion and science

Until now, I thought my purpose was to exceed in academics. Now that I’m accomplishing some of these goals, I’m realizing that they don’t bring me any inherent joy, and they seem meaningless in the grand scheme of things. If I’m not happy, and I’m not fulfilled, what am I doing with my life?

Trying to find meaning in a world we never accepted invitation into is a bad idea. Why not just live life

What you are describing is "Euphoria" not happiness. Happiness is by definition a state of well being, when everything is fine. Not pleasure. Good video tho.

Do you think the japanese idea of giving too much importance to work (leading to their toxic environment) is due to this idea also?

I think most people will be happy if they have these three things in their life. 1. Good physical health 2. A job or pursuit that is fulfilling 3. A good social support network of friends or family

I feel like this only works if you have a good grounding in the existential definition of "meaning". If you're forgoing feeling good in this life in pursuit of some fundamental truth that doesn't really exist, you're gonna have a bad time.
I like the way Britt Hartley, author of No Nonsense Spirtuality, talks about meaning and spirituality as a bodily experience. Like I know an activity is meaningful to me based on the way my body feels while doing it. I'm "spiritual" because a lot of activities feel that way to me and I tend to enjoy and seek out more of those activities. It doesn't have to be connected to an otherworldly force or truth. I think that also gels with your video on intellectualizing, using the body and sensory experience as a way to approach mindfulness and connection.

I’ve often thought that true happiness comes in the times of flow, when you stop “thinking” and simply just get into a zone of focus, through challenge… and in my opinion, ecstasy 👀
Great video bro

I used to laugh at manifestation videos because nothing ever worked for me. Manifest the Divine by Elena River humbled me real quick. It’s the first time I actually understood the science behind alignment. And now life feels lighter. More flow, less resistance.

Ahh always love your videos! I didn’t believe in manifestation anymore tbh. Felt like I kept doing everything wrong. Then someone mentioned Manifest the Divine by Elena River and I finally understood why nothing was clicking. The way she breaks things down hit me so hard. Life has been shifting ever since and I’m still trying to process it. ❤

I was legit at my lowest when I found Manifest the Divine by Elena River. Couldn’t focus, kept doubting myself, everything felt stuck. This book gave me direction again. Not in a magical way, but in a grounded, real way. It changed my energy completely. Things have been flowing ever since❤

Sharing this because someone needs to hear it. Manifest the Divine by Elena River finally explained why my manifestations were failing. It wasn’t the technique, it was my mindset. One shift and everything changed for me. Still surreal.

Love your video! Crazy how one book can shift your whole energy. Manifest the Divine by Elena River didn’t feel like some hype bs, it felt like someone finally telling me the truth. I swear the synchronicities started the same week. Still blown away by how real this is. ❤

Nobody warned me how emotional this journey would get. Manifest the Divine by Elena River had me facing things I ignored for years. But damn… once I applied what she teaches, everything started opening up. Feels like I’m finally moving again. ❤

Happiness is like sand, the harder you try to grab it the faster it slips away. Pursue smtg larger than yourself, that will give your life meaning which will make your life worth all the days.
