Ya know…this is the whole point of statute of limitations. You can't just wake up and decide 50 years later that something bad happened to you that you wanna pursue legally. "Oh, but they were traumatized, they couldn't speak about it." Yeah, I get that…that's why statue of limitations is never like, 4 days. It's years, minimum, in any American state. Shit, or get off the pot.

If this woman wants to sue, she should go after her parents. Tyler was signed legal parental rights. It gives him the full freedom to speak about the relationship he had with this woman while she was under 18. It’s not much different than our own parents and guardians being allowed to do the very same thing where they can talk about our lives from before we turned of legal age, including any medical diagnoses and procedures we may have endured while under their care. Tyler is telling his life’s story, and with the legal power he was signed over by her parents, he’s allowed to speak about anything he wants.

I’m sorry this woman feels like she was taken advantage of, but her parents are mostly to blame. She’s directing her lawsuit at the wrong people. Tyler could have asked for custody, and her parents easily could have said no. It seems that they very willingly allowed their daughter to have a relationship with Steven. The book brought her feelings to the surface? Seems very opportunistic to try to get money from Steven and/or like she is misdirecting her feelings. Again, I don’t doubt that she feels wronged, and I feel for her . . . but her parents should be the ones being taken to task.

Wait she moved on and he wrote a book with her in it without her permission? Yeah on that scale she should say she was a minor and she only knew about Aerosmith because of her parents as her only defense. If she has a sense of humor she should say she only liked a few Aerosmith songs.

I hope he losses the lawsuit. He published all of these stories in another Aerosmith Autobiography, called Walk This Way. This book was published around 1996. This is the second time he tells it and it is sickening. I lost all respect for him after reading that . I love his music but can’t respect him .
