As someone from the quad cities which is part of Iowa, I can confirm the loose meat sandwich is a euphemism around these parts. Also, its a good sandwich btw good with ketchup or mustard. We gotta business called maid•rite and its the main thing they do.

When you said "find a rope" I seriously cracked up. I wasn't even paying attention, either – I was making dinner. I don't think I've ever cracked up at your videos before, and I've watched a lot of them.

I’m from Alabama and I’ve never heard of a pineapple and mayonnaise sandwich but I’m also not surprised that we created it because for some reason we really like mayonnaise (I think it’s nasty but whatever floats your boat)

I ate fluffernutter sandwiches as a kid in Wuppertal, germany. We had a supermarket that sold marshmellow fluff. The godly regular fluff and the piece of shit strawberry fluff one…

The worst part about Wisconsin is that we've got so much to offer! Brats, Curds, Walleye, and we can't have any of that for our state sandwich! Imagine a cheesesteak but it's a brat? Maybe some beer batter?

As a non New Englander, Fluffernutter sounds okay actually. I love peanut butter and marshmallow fluff is nothing but sweet, I can see how they go together better than the fuckin brain sandwich

I'm from New Orleans with Cuban immigrants as parents so the fact that the first two (best) sammies were the muffalata and cuban sandwich has me so excited 😂😂 And according to my family members, they didn't eat cuban sandwiches in cuba, it's more of a cuban-american thing.

Lived in Missouri my whole 23 years of life, never heard of a brain sandwich, but I am definitely going to try to find some bum fuck restaurant that sells it, just to get a picture of it
Maybe try it but I am terrified of bad food lmao

….if you want some raviolis boil pop tarts till soft, strain and pour chili sauce on it. Now you have a sandwich. According to these recipes this makes perfect sense. I know I broke a few brains for a min and now you know how a cook feels about these opinions lol

All this talk about Sandwiches and no mention of the Soup/Salat/Sandwich theorie ????

Edit: As a german i can confirm to you: A Cannibal Sandwich is amazing. These things have been a staple of German blue collar culture for centuries. Also, we have a Sandwich where we just grab ourselfs a piece of white toast, take a canned pineapple ring, slap some ham and american cheese on top of it, put it in the oven for 10 min and Call it "Hawaiian Toast"
