Not much to get excited about if it's not even going to sound like slipknot, but honestly I haven't had a reason to get excited about their music in a long time! The original OG album is the best with a handful of good songs made after that

I have been a fan of this band for a long time and I might be alone in saying this, but I’ve enjoyed all the band’s eras the different album cycles. I understand music styles, and taste come and go. It’s not all gonna be heavy and raw or whatever you’re looking for even with the members changing whether it’s sketchy parting or tragic death I still thoroughly enjoy this band and I am pretty excited honestly to get some new music.

Joey not being on drums from the era while he was alive is disappointing. Joey was one of the biggest reasons i got so big into slipknot in the first place. Im fine with it sounding different. I just hope its good.
