Sid Wilson KICKED OUT of Slipknot
Sid Wilson is out of Slipknot. Permanently. He was told Friday afternoon, and nobody has said why.
TMZ broke the story on Friday, July 31, 2026, citing one source close to the band with direct knowledge of the decision. As of this video, Slipknot has not released a statement, Sid has not posted, and management is not commenting. TMZ’s own reporting says the reason is unclear.

My take on this is that without Sid and his decks. Slipknot would’ve been just another metal band. The drum and bass sound and jungle fills and mixes Slipknot used at the beginning is what gained most of their listeners

The band was put on life support when Paul died and Corey and Shawn realized they could capitalize by dumping Joey. This band has been a cadaver since then. There's no soul. No brotherhood.
