The meaning of "there's a light at the end of the tunnel" is supposed to mean that you're going to step out of bad things, but it's too vague.
Some people might argue that that light is a train, coming at them full speed.

We should say there's sunlight at the end of the tunnel, instead.

Light is weird. It probably came second only to darkness itself, and is so fast and hasty that it couldn't decide whether it wanted to be a wave or a particle. So it became both?

I am not a science nerd. I instead use all my 16-18-something billion braincells to think about…. video games. And music. And Discord. But I'm only one person.
And… you're only one person, too.

I lied. Light is slow. It takes years for it to get from one given point of space to another. It takes sunlight 8 minutes to get here.

Does a snail's vision blur and stretch if it goes at more human- or car-like speeds the way our vision would if we ever manage to go around the speed of light?

I think I ran out of shower thought attempts.

One of my most pondered shower thoughts ( as in actual shower thoughts) is: if you wear an eyepatch and blink would it be a blink or a wink since other people only see one eye, in which case if you wear an eye patch can you wink and strangers without it being weird?

As someone whose colorblind, the traffic light does not impact us at all. If it did, we wouldn't be allowed driver's licenses. Red/Green colorblind does not mean we cannot see or distinguish red or green colors. That's a common misconception. It just means the red and green color cones in our eyes are lacking so it produces a slightly different shade across the spectrum.
