ik ben een man doe mij maar maandverband voor vrouw en moet er niet aan denken om producten in een lichaam te hebben en met maandverband geen tampons ziekte die ook levensgevaarlijk is doe geen tampons gebruiken en ook geen pijn met verwijderen omdat niet gebruiken

I don't like wearing tampons because they can cause me toxic shock syndrome. I only wear pads for the rest of my life until menopause.

As a man, if I was bleeding from my genitals once a month and was told to wear or put on something to absorb the bleeding throughout the day and must be sure to change it throughout the day Y’ALL WOULDN’T SEE MY A**, BECAUSE I WOULD BE AT HOME!!

Stop inserting tampons, the amount of absolutely rotten old and rank cotton wool I managed to remove from a girlfriend a few years ago was horrific, if I was a woman I'd use pads or an old flannel 😃

After 4 years of periods I’m at a stage where I just want to solve the problem from the source. So I’m going to remove my ovaries since I don’t want children bc it’s expensive and demand to much responsibility. 🗿

I think pads and tampons should be free and menstural cups and period underwear should cost the price of a tampon or pad now just bc there reusable

Something important to keep in mind whenever using an internal sanitary products is to always clean your hands with warm water and mild soap before inserting/changing! A lot of people who get periods don't have the access to clean water and therefore pads are essential as well

When I was first told about what a tampon was…I was like, you want me to put a dry piece of cotton where?!? No thank you. I am 41 and have only worn a tampon once. Thank you for this video!

Girls trust me. Get the Flexcup. It empties itself and that shit is legendary. The first few times your cramps are gonna be worse but after you get used to it they literally evaporate. I went from crippled for a week to almost forgetting I had the cup in. I recommend punch down fold for beginners, it makes the cup smaller when you're inserting it than a typical C-fold.
