What amazes me the most about Gary Ridgway has a fairly low IQ, but he was able to get away with his killings for 2 decades. Ted Bundy, who supposedly had a high IQ, had a relatively short run in comparison.

A few other dump mistakes that got criminals caught:
Tim McVay was driving without a licence plate.
I could be wrong about this one, but i believe the guy responsible for the 90s WTC bombing tried to get his deposit aback (i know some criminal that did something pretty horrific did that, but am not sure it was him)

Serial killers target sex workers because if they were gone nobody would look for them. The first thing people think of is that they move town for better pay. It's the reason the green river killer got away with so much body. It's saddening to know but they're the most vulnerable to target.

Being black all my life I’ve personally experienced racism so I in no way deny it’s excitance. But i do not except the assertion that a series of muerders went unsolved due to it

Ah, the Floppy Disk of Justice – God bless metadats!

I suppose the moral of the story is don't drive drunk I suppose. They are the bogeymen. Historically, it was demons or witches, now, it's these pieces of work.

So many serial killers in the U.S. Life seems to mean nothing over there. It's a bigoted dysfunctional & dystopian society, earlier built on blood & where owning a gun is more important than proctecting life of innocent people. No wonder that such a society chose a sexual predator to be potus. Welcome to earth's greatest nation!!!

It is hard to catch a killer that has no connection to their victim, and since sex workers go off alone with strangers constantly, that makes them easy targets for predators and hard to solve murder cases. Could there be bias in law enforcement and/or the media in regards to lifestyle, economic class, and/or race? Of course, but even in cases where police are doing everything they can, cases involving vulnerable victims like homeless people, drug addicts, sex workers, or runaways are really difficult to solve.

When these killers stand before the courts and families of the disappeared and say how sorry "he" is I often think they're only sorry because they could no longer continue their hobby.

Well, my friends of color. You screwed up. Until recently we all believed that a dark skinned person would never become Serial Killer. Us White people held the title for these heinous crimes. What happened?

I knew the chief nurse in charge of the Yorkshire ripper as he was imprisoned at Broadmoor which is about a mile away from where I currently live. The wardens at Broadmoor are medically trained and are not allowed to divulge anything about their life outside of the hospitals walls. There is a siren that sounds should any of the patients escape but they mostly avoid the town I live in as its the most obvious place to look. Only once in 62 years was I ever worried when a patient had escaped but they were easily caught a couple of days later

What I find most disturbing is in many of these cases information was given to law enforcement as to the identity of the killer and no action was taken.
