    "Papas" is pronounced PAH-pahs (IPA: /ˈpa.pas/) in Spanish, with the stress on the first syllable. It translates to "potatoes" or, when written as papás with an accent, it means "dads" or "parents". It is distinct from papa (potato/pope) or papá

    The verb is A sounding, not O sounding.

    The map…always matters. Texas is blue.
    Your brain seems to stop showing the potential of the midterms in a factual manner….once you hit N. Carolina

    Thanks for keeping us informed TEC. If NC gets out the vote, Cooper's got it. Trends so far show dems are out for bl**d this cycle. I think we take back both houses.

    Don't get so excited about Roy Cooper, he's a Schumer/DNC backed candidate through and through! Democrats could've picked almost anyone to run for that open Senate seat, and they squandered it by playing it safe! Same thing is happening in Ohio with Sherod Brown, more do nothing "moderates"!

    On your table of NC polls, it's worth noting all those gaps were fairly large too. Only the Public Policy Polling poll in mid-March had both Cooper & Whatley within the margin of error of each other.

    NC will be an easy win. IMO.
    More at issue are IA, TX, LA, and FL.
    I think Dems will take all.
    Compared to others — I am an oddball —
    I consider Louisiana as the easiest and most certain Dem win of all of them.

    @TheTECShow

    Do you have any insight for the difference between the generic ballot and these individual Senate polls? Most Senate battleground polling show a bigger shift left than the generic ballot is showing and it's confusing to me
