When you have a religion and most of those leaders are NOT willing to evolve to current times then terrorism happens. I can see this happening with Catholicism as well if church leaders did not change their doctrines. Catholics had witch hunts for goodness sakes but they evolved. Islam is not willing to do that.

You just missed the biggest point: THE BRITISH GOVERMENT WANTED TO ELIMINATE BASHAR AL ASSAD FROM SYRIA AND THESE KIDS WENT TO SYRIA TO DO THAT so they may be sons of immigrants and members of gangs but at the end of the day they followed british crown orders, THESE KIDS WERE FUNCTIONAL TO BRITISH INTERESTS IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

there's an easy answer to why this happens look at the atrocities happening some people cant take that and want to do something about it not using the correct channels they go an fight thinking there defending women and children but that isn't always the case

9:45 and that is false, completely 100% FALSE. They have been warring with each other there since long before the US or UK even existed, for at least 900 to 1000yrs before either existed. Yeah they started out in Iraq where there were 'infidel' forces but their 1st targets were shias. Same with Syria, Assad/his forces (another nonsunni therefore considered a 'hypocrite' & his 'infidel' ally Russia were cracking down on the majority Sunni population). Of course ethnic & religious minorities were targeted in both countries (same way they still are in those type of countries) was their belief that they were being punished/muslm countries were being punished by 'allah' for being 'hypocrites', not living by sharia*. They dont call themselves is*s/is*l (levant) for nothing. *same way the taliban continued to do what they've done since '97, enforce sharia in areas they hid out in after 2001 (&since 2021) & its leaders all fled to Pakistan etc. Is*s continued to enforce sharia upon the populations of Iraq & Syria whereever they were regardless if they were fighting Iraqis, US, Kurds etc

Cutting your reaction in excess removes the historical value of the clips. It also hurts the flow of the story you’re telling. I honestly can’t tell if the constant close ups are engagement bait or not

Ffs, please tell this "reporter" that we dont care about his reaction. The whole point of a documentary is to leave the reporter behind the scene, maybe like his voice on the background would be ok, but god damn it is so annoying to watch his reaction every minute.
