I saw imagine dragons about a month before their first album came out.
They were amazing, they were a mild but still a punk rock outfit.
Then I heard the album, and I was like wtf is this? Same songs just churned InTo pop garbage nonsense.
What a shame.
The world should have gotten to hear the way they originally wrote their first album.
Anyways, they stink.

In their defense, I think Mike Shinoda was always kind of the main creative force in Linkin Park. But obviously, Chester brought a lot to the table with his personality and voice.

Also, lyrics/rhyming is out, I'm with that. Been listening to so much jazz lately. Grant Green's Green Street and Larry Young's Unity are so great. Ahmad Jamal Live at the Pershing too. Can't recommend those enough and they are ones I hadn't heard of until recently.

Theo Von probably gets way too excited when that Bartender song by Rehab comes on, like he'll say its literally about him. Probably would also say "SEND IT" or "FULL SEND" in like any fucking situation, formal dinner, funeral, blood testing, it's always send it and everyone's uncomfortable because they don't watch fucking mud trucks and atvs and shit.
