I feel like SNL is only letting her do about 11% of what she could be doing. She's a big, weird talent but you just don't see much of that on the show. They let her do some Sarah Squirm-y bits early on and then it's like they decided it wasn't working for them… but for reason they kept her around for YEARS after that, playing small parts in other people's sketches. I think 10 years from now she'll have her own show or she'll be making movies or something and she'll be a big deal, and if her time on SNL comes up at all it'll be people talking about how the show kind of wasted her.

Her life is “notice me as a younger person” turning into “notice me as an older person”. My dream analysis is by shitting in a prop toilet is never getting noticed as a child so she shits to get attention. Even bad attention is attention. Oh, now I’m at the part she shows her prolapsed anus?

I seen this and I feel the intense need to tell this man who is conducting the interview that he may benefit greatly to study the works of Carl Jung. When he says "dream analysis is stupid", he may have been joking, but having the same dream for that long is truly what is unintelligent. That makes me sad, so I am prompted to get on the internet just to write this message for him. Jung worked with Freud for a period but they eventually parted – you can find the whole fascinating story in Jung's book "Man and his Symbols". This book is a masterpiece of our time and I guarantee it will change anyone's life that reads and actually applies it. I wish you the best @Neal Brennan, I had no idea who you were until today but "synchronicity" has prompted me to write this. Yes I sound crazy, but these days everything is inside out as is obvious in society.
Sarah quotes Jung's "collective unconscious" in this video and you can tell by looking at her that she is a fairly well balanced person (considering the "conscious" ego and the unconscious). That is why she is "funny" – she is truly real in a world of shadows and isn't hiding anything. One who does not wear masks is easily relatable. She is an individuated individual and her dream reflects this as most people would never admit to having such a dream let alone share it in the public eye. We all excrete waste alone in a private place – human is the only animal that does that. Shit ya know some pre industrial/tribal peoples consider anything that comes out of the body sacred. Cheers!

Imagine having a recurring nightmare where you do something really embarrassing and then someone makes a youtube video with your face on it that makes it sound like you actually DID do that embarrassing thing in real life……

So far I've succesfully avoided seeing anything Sherman has done, including this video, but from the thumbnail how can anyone miss the fact she's clearly a f'ing sociopath? Nothing behind those presumably unfunny, desperate eyes.

The taking a dump dream ties to what she said immediately after. She fears that she is going to do something to ruin her own success, because she doesnt believe she belongs there and everyone else is just looking for a reason to actually tell her to leave. that will be $150 dollars please.

I worked at a Lowe’s back in 1996 and someone took a shit in one of the display toilets in the kitchen and bath department. One of the department managers asked me if I would be willing to clean that up. I told him “I was looking for a job when I found this one. I can leave right now.”
