4:52 The multiple washers and dryers is a common beach house thing. One is for clothes and the other is for beach clothes and towels. It keeps the sand out of the good washer and dryer.

Fun fact, you can buy an island fortress that is quite literally a castle with some self sufficient systems like rainwater collection and a completely off-grid electricity system with stuff like solar panels, heating and backup power stores for less money than what most of these homes cost. There are actually multiple of those, but the one I'm thinking of is Thorne island, which costs 3 million pounds. That's where I'd live if I was a millionaire, not some fucking party mansion in middle of the city.
