Saw him supporting the mighty George Thorogood here in London recently and he was pretty good. Saw a bit of Ted Nugent in his live persona, but some of his songs were a bit generic for me.

Love me some heavy blues rock, big Robin Trower fan here. Hey Pete I just bought a little 3 cd box set of mid 70's British fusion with smoking lead guitar, its called 'Isotope: The Upward Curve', and is on Cherry Red Records for about $40 delivered new on Ebay, you would almost certainly dig it if you have not heard Isotope yet, much along the lines of Bundles/ Softs era Soft Machine.

I would say if you like this I would recommend Blindstone great band too!

I've seen him a few times, headlining and also support for Winery Dogs and Mr Big. Really good player and seems a good guy.

I love the guitar solos on this album and he ripped live a few times I’ve seen him but I wasn’t a fan of the album.
