Tom Bilyeu | February 18, 2026

As you know, it’s my mission to help teach you how to build the MINDSET and SKILLS that will help you live an extraordinary life – and over the last few months I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to help create a brand-new tool that will help you do that. It’s called Kyzen – and I am proud to announce that I will be bringing it to the world later this year to challenge you to empower yourself and accomplish greater things in life. On Today’s Episode:

When you come across people who have success in multiple areas of their life you want to know, what’s the secret? What do they know and what are they doing that you can possibly entertain doing for yourself?

Dave Asprey may remind you of the Bulletproof Diet, and you may be familiar with him from his podcast, The Human Upgrade, but he’s also a successful entrepreneur several times over. In this episode he and Tom cover Dave’s expansive breadth of knowledge around health, fasting, and living as long as possible, while getting into top level insights of what it means to be a game changer in business.

“You must build practices that prevent you from falling prey to those basic instincts that make you a short-term thinker.” -Dave Asprey

Your health should be one of your highest priorities. Dave reminds us to keep it simple and be mindful that even small changes can have major benefits in the long run, and when you’re ready to take those benefits to the next level, there is always another simple change to be made to your lifestyle, diet and habits that will optimize your health.

“You lose weight faster when you’re fasting, but you gain weight faster when you’re eating.” [10:39]

“Fasting everyday is bad for you because it doesn’t lend your body the idea of metabolic flexibility.” [24:22]

“If you’re intermittent fasting, you’re occasionally in ketosis, you ought to be able to eat a treat, […] and be just fine.” [47:01]

“If your nervous system believes that you get a game over at the end of this game, you relax a lot more.” [1:09:01

“Happiness doesn’t come from wealth, but wealth can come from happiness, but being angry and tired and unhappy all the time is not a good way to become successful or to change the game in your field…” [1:37:56]

“The ego is the operating system that keeps you alive if there’s no human in there.” [1:53:02]

“You have to find a way to be consciously, intentionally be grateful instead of be hungry, empty, pissed off, angry, stressed, feeling not good enough, and all the other stuff.” [1:56:56]

“Look at aging as death by a thousand cuts. There’s no one cause of aging.” [2:01:33]

These American Youtube Gurus talk confidently, as if they are preaching God's own truth. All business trick. They use catchy words like superhuman, bulletproof coffee, intermittent fasting,. ..

This guy is 50 years old. He looks his age. His facial skin is somewhat saggy and he doesn't look like someone who goes on aggressive fasts. Wikipedia even roasts him in the first sentence! Tom, be careful who you get on this show!

“You can fast from animal products.. even though it’s a bad idea”… why? Plenty of people thrive on no animal products (myself included for many years). I get it if you want to consume animal products, DA – good for you – but what’s the bad idea? Please back it up with science – not vague platitudes. Specifically interested in a longevity view here.

I live in a poor neighborhood where the best of foods and information is not there, but I noticed the people who live through their ailments and diseases are those who are in the fresh air walking most of the day! Something about the fresh air the sunlight and walking that seems to keep you alive! They don’t have a plate of organic vegetables or meat all they have is the ability to get out and walk and they live to tell about it! My brother was told he had a tumor on his lung 5 years ago and he’s still walking! And he’s probably still alive because he never let the drs start experimenting on him!

I've done the Master Cleanse as a long term fast very successfully three times. Each time * went 21 days and each time I had loads of energy and no trouble staying with it once I'd made it past day 5. There 8s no danger of losing electrolytes with the Master Cleanse. It consists of organic lemon juice, organic raw maple syrup and cayenne pepper. I highly recommend drinking loads of water and taking in a small amount of Celtic raw salt each day, as well. Mild to moderate daily exercise and a full days work are effortless and pleasant, but don't try to run any races. If you have a massive Herxheimer response, do what I do: keep a small stash of Halloween sized mini chocolate bars handy. Eat one and it will immediately stop the reaction. Just one, lol. Fasting with green juice more than 48 hours is not recommended and fasting with fruit juice is extremely dangerous

What is in included in the "vegan diet" is there nuts, seeds, lagumes, beans, and lentils or just vegetables? You can get all the amino acids you need if you eat diverse plant based foods. No need tor meat.

I fasting for 35 days and used a specific juice for electrolytes never felt so good in my life..

Hello Tom, how have you been? Great job, congratulations. I don't think it will be possible, most people are under stress all the time and don't get sleep properly, also meal we are having doesn't have protein enough for living long. At my case, I will try to live 100 years. Kind greetings.

Fasting from carbs is not called keto diet. You can’t die, if you’re relatively healthy, if you go without salt on a 10 water fast. He lost me in the opening.

There are plenty of toxic plants that grow in the streets, a trip to the euthanasist is totally unnecessary. One way or another, we are recycled.
Six to eight meals a day used to be called gluttony. It's a peculiarly American vice.

These two have to be some of the most loathsome personalities I've run into in a long time. Anyone who wears orange shooting glasses like that while recommending the active use of LSD as a health supplement is beyond sketchy and, of course, the dude with the dumbo ears just seems to have a permanent facial expression screaming – "..I'm a moron…"
