it sucks getting old i turned 50 couple weeks ago, watching videos about the 80s really makes me happy & sad…i wish i could go back i would change a lot of things from my past

I like those old video cameras; my parents had one like that in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Not as good as an iPhone but more stable than some cameras we have today. This brought back some serious nostalgia, even though I am quite a bit younger than you.

Colleen should feel cool that Stranger Things copied a similar design of her room for Nancy's room.
It's still kinda strange that a lot of our houses had a "tv room" but it was just a room with a TV on the ground with a couple of chairs and maybe a couch. We had Atari & Nintendo in ours.

That was and is still an expensive house. I wanted to be wealthy back then and i still want to be wealthy now. I love vintage architecture and 80's styles

So this is you back in 1990 you were driving so that would make you about 16 years to 18 adding the additional 35 years would make you in your early to mid 50s it’s crazy to think of time like that looking at this video reminds you of your youth looking at yourself as a 16 to 18 year-old child as opposed to looking in a mirror now I know it sounds cliché, but time does fly by.

I grew up in Texas, this looks like the houses I grew up around so this is especially nostalgic for me. I’m a bit younger than you but summer 1990 is one of the first summers I vividly remember…I was 7.

Lol I dropped by your YouTube channel to see what you guys were up to, and find this Part 2 of your original home tour! Wow! Watching your home tour videos makes me weirdly nostalgic, even though I lived in Illinois and Indiana then, not Texas. Life back then (as depicted in these videos) just seemed quieter, more laid back and more serene than now. And I'm a softy for dogs. I'll bet they were good dogs.

Your friend moved to Pennsylvania for awhile? Do you remember what town? I'm right in the middle of the state, not far from PSU.
Great video btw. I'd be all choked up if I saw my dog from 1990, Sammy. He was one of a kind & the first dog my bf (now husband) & I had together.
