92.9 The Torch | March 21, 2025

On Sunday January 24 at 7:00 pm ET, #REDHOOPTALK welcomes special guest DEBRA YEPA-PAPPAN, who is a citizen of the Pueblo of Jemez and of Korean descent, and an internationally acclaimed visual artist. Her multimedia practice, which combines digital collage and photography, centers on themes about her mixed-race identity that incorporates symbolic imagery influenced by her cultures and urban environment.

Currently, Debra serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Native American Exhibition renovation at the Field Museum in Chicago. Through her artwork and work at the museum, she is committed to changing inaccurate representations of Native people and advocates for the inclusion of Native voices and perspectives.
