Reacting to Zedd’s Bizarre House Tour

Matteo Lane | March 2, 2026

Zedd gave us a house tour… but the whole time I couldn’t stop asking: does he even LIVE here?! From the endless empty rooms to the museum vibes, this place has everything except signs of an actual human being.

theres no living going on in his house, just… breathing…. Id live here but give it color, no wonder the tree is dying, not even it likes the boringness. Zedd is the best looking thing in that house. I feel like he had just moved in there recently, not knowing what door goes where, and how hes talking about how certain things will be in certain areas.

    I watched this ages ago.
Seems like management bought him a house where he/they could turn the guest home into a studio. EDIT: Or like management pushed him to make this video with Architectural Digest.

There are two different channels that kinda put this into perspective.

On one hand Enes Yilmazer who does amazing tours for mansions of this caliber…

But then also Arvin Haddad who rates these sorts of mansions for prospective buyers.

Arvin also does reactions on the Enes videos which usually tackles everything you find weird yourself when watching Enes.

Arvin definitely tackled Zedd's mansion some 3 years ago when Zedd put it to sale. But I think it is less than 2 minutes.

Everything is staged. This place is not livable—there are no socks on the floor, no dirty laundry, and no dirty cups in a sink. It’s fake! He bought the house because of the pot filler but he doesn't cook. Weird

The whole house is just like some pre-fabricated ultra rich McMansion. And the furniture and decorating is obviously just thrown together by some design firm or something. He has basically none of his own personal touches or any personally curated furniture/art etc. Like so many other good AD house tours are full of character and choices by the person who lives there. An excellent example of a well-curated, personal house is actually Diplo’s in Jamaica . It’s a similar big wide open, ultra rich concrete house but it was so thoughtfully decorated. Every piece of furniture or art has a story and connection to the person. Zedd’s house feels like an expensive modern airport lounge designed by some fancy architect, but it has zero soul or personality. It is indeed depressing.

And then there's Skid Row… Do these people just step over the homeless and dying? This would be a great home for abused women and children to live. You could have a whole section for counselors and nurses and teachers to show women how to restart their lives. Just a thought…

So I know its just because that is what the houses on the Hill in Beverly Hills look like for "new developments" but it is crazy how much it looks like the houses the stars live in in Dead Island 2 lol

why is all the homes rich people buy look exactly the same? no personality, same sad white color, uncomfortable furniture and soo many unused rooms. Why? not to mention the money out paid for maintenance, taxes, no wonder all these flash in the pan celebs go broke

That was horrid. I would never spend 16 million to live in an industrial park. Ugh! What happened to AD? They used to do specials on incredible homes. The ones I have seen recently are downright pathetic.

Well, he’s not just a DJ. Just being a DJ doesn’t get you that much money. You have to sell your soul to the business with a cute face and you probably have ghost writers that write tracks for you (not saying this is necessarily the case with Zed) then the business will brand you and all through branding and becoming popular VIA festivals and also mixing or producing for big name pop stars… that’s what gets you money. Trixie just now has her foot in the door. I think eventually she could get to that point that he’s at.

Honestly I wouldn't want to live in a place bigger than 1500 square feet😂 I don't host and if I am home I'm probably on my game or having happy time😂
