1:48 I've played a Charvel since 1985 because of Warren and Jake Lee. Saved my money for 8 months to buy it when I was in 10th grade back in 1985. I still have it to this day and it plays well.

Great stories!!! That he talks about the seconds and buying them. I’ve never heard anybody else mention that but myself. There was a guy in Pasadena ….Lee Who used to sell them and I used to go over his house all the time as I was a guitar tech for a few bands that played on the strip. Also Frank Levi who did warren and Robbins modded Marshall heads Was my mentor and roommate. We used to go to Lee’s all the time and in his living room you could put together the most insane charvels or BC Rich Guitars from spare parts. It used to be heaven literally there were lots of bodies and necks and then also Lee gave you the choice if you wanted tohe guy who painted them for charvel. So you could get the most insane graphics on them like the guys from rough cutt had for example. In the early 80s I can’t tell you how many amazing guitar players we’re on the floor in the living room as we sorted through and picked through necks and bodies it was just total guitar heaven. And they were cheap and I mean low cost. It was awesome

I play a Charvel because of these gentlemen. Great Co. the roc doc The Charvel Gang is an excellent watch. Thankyou Wayne/ Grover, for making a killer S Calif sounding guitar
