Prosecutor delays arraignment for Rebecca Park’s mother and stepfather
Cortney and Brad Bartholomew, appeared Monday in Wexford County’s 84th District Court.
They were scheduled to be arraigned on charges, but the prosecutor asked to delay the arraignment until Tuesday because a complaint was not yet ready.
“We will go ahead and set up for arraignment tomorrow. The court in the meantime will hold Mr. Bartholomew without a bond. I do find that he is both a threat and a flight risk based on what I’ve read in search warrants. As such, we’ll reconvene tomorrow, see where we are at,” said Hon. Corey Wiggins- 84th District Court.
The prosecutor requested that both suspects be held without bond due to the severity of the case.
Cortney and Brad Bartholomew are now scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.

Can we stop calling those people her parents, please? Rebecca was adopted as a baby, and her actual mother did all she could to protect her daughter from Cortney. If you’re from the area, you know that it’s no secret that Cortney is a waste of oxygen and always has been. She’s a good for nothing who has always made it a point to surround herself with child molesters at the expense of her own children (she almost exclusively dates predators). Cortney never had anything to do with raising Rebecca, and calling her Rebecca’s mother is a slap in the face to the woman who raised her.

As someone named Rebecca & a survivor of domestic abuse by my parents, I pray that the Lord opens his arms for Rebecca & Baby! 😢🙏. I hope all family members are sentenced by God to burn in he|| for eternity There is no redemption for parents that willfully hurt their own! Absolutely abhorrent & despicable shells of human beings.
