Shawn Mendes is a goat. Not The GOAT, a goat. As in he's the only person I can think of where it makes sense for the lyrics to be "you make me bleat until I can't breed."

I just figured out why I can't stop seeing you as an adversary even as I've grown to genuinely appreciate you and your art/content. You're a Backstreet Boys fan, and I'm an NSync – well… I'm an NSync fan the way I'm a 49ers fan. I'd always choose a different sport/genre of music, but I have a strong, but shallow opinion.

Stitches it's the only song I literally agree with Todd lol. It's pretty annoying. Shawn Mendes it's not bad, but this song… Just no. I like the beat of What Do You Mean?, ngl. I don't mind at all the lyrics if the song has a catchy beat. I listen to music to feel good and dance, not to say "This song has good lyrics"

I figured the "without your kisses I'll be needing stitches" was from the whole "kissing the booboo to make it better" but I always thought I wouldn't want to kiss an open cut that needs stitching, and I guess they chose stitches because it rhymes easier

Coming back to this, I just realized I had an immediate negative reaction to Stitches when I first heard it.
His voice was annoying and the lyrics were basic, but I couldn't really articulate it at the time. The song just really frustrated me.
