sigh I miss this era 😩
With that being said, I hate this song and I hate EDM trap. But I miss the EDM era as a whole

Fun fact: The music video for this song was directed by The Daniels, the duo who’d go on to write and direct Everything, Everywhere, All At Once.

so strange watching these 9 years later, having been a mere child when the song came out, because i recognize all of these but never considered them to be, yknow, actual songs

In this video, Todd shows that he has no idea what Drum n Bass actually is.

One million years later, turn down for what is still in the common lexicon, though sarcastic at this point.

This video has kind of the same thing going on as Rat – Round and Around with people crashing through the ceiling, but its too much more demented and disturbing. It's apocalyptic and foul like a nightmare. I did have a dream about that Rat video when it was new. Not a bad dream, it was just very weird, I was 6 years old. There was a sequel 20 years later, no idea why.
