    Jake is solid in my opinion he is a class act not sure about Phil maybe he didn’t but I do know Jake is Solid it’s not Phil’s fault tho this is on Sharon and Ozzy let Sharon run the show

    I would take Jake's word… Please Phil!!! You can not compare to Jake as a songwriter. Shot in the Dark may have been written more by the Overlands than you… And Jake's solo was absolutely the best thing about the "Sin" version. ANY Badlands song on the first album destroys "Shot". Ozzy (well, Sharon in reality) made a huge mistake firing Bob Daisley… Now he was a great songwriter!

    Well the song wasn’t exactly Phil’s to begin with He wrote it with the Overland brothers in Wildfire. & they got no credit.

    & notice Phil hasn’t written anything that’s set the world on fire since.

    The man who stole a song and pretended it was his. He didn’t even write Shot On his own. It was written with the Overland brothers but he stole the music and made the song with Ozzy. Bloke is a liar through and through. C lister his whole career.

    Sharon had a problem with Jake's punctuality and said someday as leader of a band he'd have to set the example 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
    And this was when Ozzy's substance abuse was at its peak🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Phil is a joke. His "I was workig with Page and quit for Ozzy" "I kick started the 2cd phase of Ozzy's careeer with my songwriting". Fu-k him, he is a spare part that no one cared for.

    So he admits he is notoriously late, so maybe Phil is telling the truth. Jake just never stopped being bitter about it. Look at how great Zakk was treated. Mike Inez, Trujillo, Borden, Joe Holmes all never had a negative thing to say about being in the band. The only people that do are wanting money. I am a fan of everyone through the years, but it seems the people who say bad stuff want money.

    This is very revealing. Never understood why Jake was fired, because he was BY FAR the greatest guitarist Ozzy ever had. But when you always show up late for rehearsals, or even not at all, you obviously don't have a pro mentality, and I can understand Sharon couldn't accept that. So I guess in the end Jake has only one person to blame for his dismissal, and that's Jake E Lee.

    btw jake is a monster much respect to ozzy RIP but even ozzy knew jake was an anomoly just listen to ultimate sin i mean the way he attacks all those strings a monster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Big singers ALWAYS stops the growth of popularity of a big guitarist. Nobody like Ozzy or Dio or Coverdale want another Vai or Yngwee in their band. It hurts their trend and a guitarist begins to dictate the musical direction etc etc and can get as big as Joe Satriani or something. Same with big guitarists, look at Richie Blackmore who rotated singers every 3-5 years like it ain't no thing. There's only one leader in a band.
